Every year Woodman hosts the event BIG DAYS. Woodman Big Days is a tradition of celebration that dates back over 100 years. Hundreds of people would ride on one of the two railways that met in Woodman to attend a day full of music, dancing and fellowship.
 The event now takes place in the village park at 201 Spencer Street. This years event was
held on Saturday 11 August 2012. An afternoon of fun for the whole family. Food Stand, Wayne Bros Band, Children's Games, Rolling Pin Toss, Shoe Kick, Bucks of Marion/Woodman Townships-sponsored by Dan Luebker, Dave Olson, and Extreme Taxidermy, Med Flight and Med Link Air landed in the field across from the park and Boscobel Fire and Resque also brought equipment to display in support of the Woodman First Responders. Raffles were held and everyone enjoyed this fun filled day in Woodman.
